USB pods (external sound card)

To ensure a high quality sound signal, and a high level of recognition accuracy, we recommend use of  a USB pod with the VXI Parrott TalkPro Express headset microphone. Plug the microphone headset into the USB pod, matching the symbols for microphone and earphones.  Plug the USB pod into a USB port, preferably at the back of your computer. if using a laptop with a docking station, it's best to plug the USB pod directly into the laptop, rather than into the docking station.  Similarly if you are using a USB hub, best to plug the USB pod directly into your computer rather than the USB hub.
