Nuance complimentary support
Complimentary technical support is available from Nuance for 90 days after purchase of Dragon software (not available for Nuance license program customers including Volume License agreements).
Support is available for installation, launch or reinstallation.
Viva Voce training customers
Viva Voce provides complimentary technical support to customers while receiving face-to face-training, and for 4 weeks after completion of training. Support is delivered by telephone or e-mail, and Windows Remote Assistance, if appropriate.

Viva Voce can provide support by e-mail or telephone, and Windows remote assistance. There is no minimum session time.
- Rate is $55.00 per hour (or pro rata per minute)

If a site visit is required (Canberra region), the rate is $198.00 per hour, with a 10% pay on time discount (making a rate of $178.20 for invoices paid within 30 days of the date of invoice).
