What is included with Dragon software?
Microphones and soundcards
A microphone is included with full licenses, but not with upgrades.
Your purcase of Dragon premium includes an analog headset microphone. Professional edition comes with an analog headset microphone and a USB pod (external soundcard).
These mics are not high quality, nor comfortable for long term use. We strongly recommend that you purchase a high quality microphone and in the case of Dragon Premium, a USB pod (external soundcard) as well. Dragon Pro customers can use the USB pod provided with the software.

We recommend training, to help you to set up and to use Dragon to best advantage.
Which edition will best suit your needs?
For more information on the difference between Home, Premium and Professional editions, see the Information and FAQs page, and the Feature Comparison Matrix. If you are serious about using Dragon software long-term, we recommend the premium or professional editions. With the Home edition is not possible to export your user profile (for example to another computer or to a storage device), and it is not possible to get upgrade pricing for new versions when released.

After receiving your order we will call or e-mail to confirm payment and delivery details.
Dragon software is generally delivered within one week of receiving your payment; microphones and sound cards within 2 to 3 days.
Payment options
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), cheque or direct deposit.
Payment by direct deposit is our preferred option. Minimising the significant cost of credit card transactions helps us to keep our prices low.
